La experiencia culmina con la visita a Nauta y a un centro de rescate y rehabilitación de manatíes.
(MIERCOLES) DIA 01: IQUITOS - NAUTA - RÍO AMAZONAS - QUEBRADA YACAPANA
A tu llegada al aeropuerto, te estaremos esperando para iniciar la aventura. Realizaremos un city tour por Iquitos, una ciudad colorida, dinámica y de un pasado cautivador. En este recorrido podrás apreciar los atractivos más emblemáticos de la ciudad.
Luego, nos dirigiremos en un vehículo privado a la ciudad de Nauta, el histórico puerto fluvial en el que embarcaremos. Al arribar a Nauta (a unas dos horas de Iquitos), abordaremos Amatista y nuestro personal te acompañará hasta la cabina que especialmente hemos equipado para ti con las comodidades que necesitas para tener un viaje completamente placentero.
La nave iniciará el viaje, en este momento, los guías naturalistas presentarán el plan de viaje, las rutas a seguir y las actividades programadas, y lo mejor: empezarán a introducirnos en el maravilloso mundo de la vida salvaje de la Amazonía. Presta atención a sus consejos y recomendaciones, y ten en cuenta que, si tienes alguna duda o pregunta, nuestros guías estarán siempre a tu disposición.
Tras la exposición a bordo, tendremos el almuerzo de bienvenida, tu primera experiencia con las delicias de la gastronomía regional. El menú ofrece varias opciones, incluida una alternativa vegetariana. Si tienes algún requerimiento particular, por favor, coméntalo por adelantado con los miembros de nuestra tripulación para poder atenderlo oportunamente.
Después dispondremos de tiempo de descanso antes de la próxima salida hacia la Quebrada de Yacapana, en busca de nuevos paisajes imponentes y de más especies emblemáticas de la Amazonía.
Antes de volver a Amatista, y aún en el monte, disfrutaremos de la maravillosa luz y los inigualables colores que se despliegan en el cielo de estas latitudes durante la puesta de sol. Recomendamos especialmente que te relajes y disfrutes de este momento, pues pocas experiencias se comparan con contemplar el sinfín de colores en el horizonte amazónico, dejando que llegue la noche para escuchar la prodigiosa sinfonía de los millones de animales que pueblan los bosques y las aguas de estas selvas.
De regreso a la embarcación, disfrutaremos de una noche apacible con música y una reparadora cena.
(JUEVES) DIA 02: RÍO UCAYALI - VISTA ALEGRE - RÍO YARAPA-UCAYALI
Al alba, tomaremos una lancha para dirigirnos a las orillas del Río Ucayali, y observar las hermosas aves amazónicas que colman las tupidas copas de los árboles, un verdadero espectáculo de color y vida en el corazón del bosque.
Tras este emocionante paseo y ya de vuelta en el barco, disfrutaremos del riquísimo desayuno buffet que a diario ofrece una selección de platos tradicionales, especialidades peruanas, productos caseros recién horneados y una variedad de jugos frescos elaborados con exóticos frutos de la selva que solo es posible degustar en la zona. Terminados los alimentos, estaremos listos para iniciar una nueva excursión en lancha, pero esta vez en el río Yarapa del Ucayali, esta zona es ideal para avizorar tucanes, loros, guacamayos, iguanas, osos perezosos y monos en lo alto de los árboles.
De regreso a Amatista, disfrutaremos del almuerzo a bordo y, tras un momento de descanso, los guías ofrecerán una charla sobre Cultura Local Amazónica. Por la tarde, haremos una visita al poblado de Vista Alegre, para conocer la comunidad nativa y aprender sobre sus costumbres, teniendo a los guías como intérpretes y traductores.
Al regreso podrás disfrutar de música en vivo mientras esperamos la cena a bordo.
(VIERNES) DIA 03: UCAMARA - CONFLUENCIA - PIRAÑA COCHA - CASUAL - RÍO MARAÑÓN
Después del desayuno, los guías ofrecerán una charla sobre la Reserva Pacaya Samiria, una de las más sorprendentes reservas selváticas del mundo, con bosques que permanecen inundados durante gran parte del año.
Más tarde, estaremos listos para la expedición en lancha con rumbo al punto de confluencia de los ríos Marañón y Ucayali, el majestuoso emplazamiento de la selva en el que nace el Río Amazonas.
Antes de volver a Amatista, exploraremos la zona de Piraña Cocha, en busca de más vida silvestre.
De vuelta al barco, ofreceremos el almuerzo y dispondrás de tiempo para descansar y prepararte para la siguiente aventura: una caminata por los sinuosos senderos de la jungla. El recorrido será por el hermoso tramo de Casual, habitado por ranas venenosas y un sinnúmero de especies exóticas. En esta zona observaremos, además, una variedad de árboles gigantes conocida por los lugareños como «Avatar». Allí, los que deseen podrán comprar artesanías elaboradas a mano por las mujeres, y de esa manera contribuir también con la economía local.
Al regresar a Amatista, reservaremos un espacio para la contemplación de la puesta del sol amazónica.
Entrada ya la noche, podrás escuchar un poco de música en vivo antes de la presentación final de la tripulación y la cena de despedida.
(SABADO) DIA 04: NAUTA - IQUITOS - AEROPUERTO
Esta mañana empieza tranquila con el desayuno a bordo, pero se pone emocionante con la visita a la ciudad de Nauta, la segunda más importante de la región. Al llegar, haremos un divertido recorrido hasta llegar al mercado de la ciudad donde podrás interactuar con pintorescos personajes y conocer el particular circuito comercial de la región. Visitaremos los puestos de comida típica, de artesanía, de bebidas afrodisíacas y muchos más. Una verdadera inmersión en la vida de la población amazónica.
De regreso al barco, procederemos al desembarque. Camino al aeropuerto, visitaremos el Centro de Rescate y Rehabilitación de Mamíferos de río (Organización Amazon Forever) donde biólogos y voluntarios cuidan a los manatíes, una especie en peligro de extinción que las autoridades han rescatado.
Aprenderemos cómo los manatíes son tratados y preparados para su reinserción a su hábitat natural. Así también, podremos ver otros animales que también han sido rescatados. Jungle Experiences colabora activamente con esta organización y centro de estudio. Los invitamos a colaborar y contribuir con esta noble causa.

Cuenta con 7 cabinas en la cubierta superior y 8 cabinas en la cubierta inferior, para viajeros solos que buscan comodidad y funcionalidad con una vista al exterior. Con un espacio de 16m², equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera: cama double/twin,, aire acondicionado, mesa de noche, armario, secador de cabello y amenidades. Además, cada cabina dispone de un baño privado con ducha y tiene acceso a agua caliente las 24 horas del día.
IMPORTANTE
El traslado del aeropuerto estará a cargo por Jungle Experience. Se recomienda ubicar al Counter o al Personal del lodge con el Letrero dentro del Aeropuerto, considerar vuelos de entrada antes las 09:00hrs y vuelos de salida después de las 18:00hrs, caso contrario se realizará cargos adicionales por traslados en privado.

Traer toalla, ropa de baño, sandalias, medicamentos e implementos de higiene personal, zapatillas o zapatos de caminata, linterna con pilas y focos de repuesto, sombrero o gorro, lentes para el sol, protector solar, repelente de insectos (recomendable con 40% o más de DEET), impermeable, camisas de manga larga y pantalones de algodón, ropa caliente en caso de friaje, binoculares, cámara fotográfica, mochila de equipaje y mochila pequeña.

The confirmation of the reservation implies the introduction into the system, by the CLIENTS, or by the TRAVEL AGENT, by automated or non-automated means, of personal identification data, and data related to credit and debit cards, which will be used to facilitate and enable the contracting and reservation of the specific services that make up the CLIENT’s request, as well as to provide information regarding products and services of COTUR S.A, hereinafter referred to as COTUR. Under no circumstances will information be requested about philosophical or political convictions, party or union membership, religious faith, private life, racial or ethnic origin as well as data relating to health and sexual life, including genetic data. The Processing of Personal Data is carried out in strict compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and/or any legislation that regulates, amends or replaces said legislation, collectively referred to as the "General Data Protection Regulation" (hereinafter referred to as GDPR). Any personal data that CLIENTS may disclose to COTUR will be understood as obtained, processed, and transmitted in strict compliance with the GDPR. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data obtained through registration, by automated or non-automated means, are incorporated into an application owned by COTUR. COTUR employees access information in files with password-protected access, the record of which is documented. Changes to existing data in the files are possible with a record of the date of the person responsible for the change. Personal Data are processed with the legally required level of protection to ensure their security and to prevent their alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology. The CLIENT is aware of and accepts that Internet security measures are not impregnable. COTUR has technical peripheral control infrastructures that comply with security requirements and acts in accordance with the standards of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Credit card data is used only for payment processing, and after the transaction is completed, it is deleted from our records, except when the CLIENT has authorized us to retain it. For security reasons applicable in certain countries, it is mandatory to include information regarding data such as name, passport number, gender, age, nationality in flight reservations. This information contained in the reservation may, under applicable law, namely based on Directive (EU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council, be accessed by the competent authorities of the countries of origin or destination, for the purposes of prevention, investigation, detection, or repression of criminal offenses or the enforcement of criminal sanctions, and the free movement of such data and Directive (EU) 2016/681 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
COTUR accessing any personal data, undertakes to:
• Protect CLIENTS’ personal data through legally required security measures of a technical and organizational nature in order to prevent alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the state of the technology at any given time, the nature of the data, and the possible risks they are exposed to;
• Use or apply the data exclusively for the purposes duly provided;
• Ensure that the data are used only for the provision of the service, being obliged to maintain the duty of confidentiality. If there is a possibility that the information may be disclosed to third parties, they must be obliged to maintain the proper confidentiality in accordance with what is provided in this document.

The user may consent to COTUR processing their Personal Data for the purpose of determining their profile and offering them suitable products and services. These services may be COTUR’s own or third-party services.
(i) National and international competent authorities in tourism, terrorism, or offenses that violate human rights;
(ii) Any legal entity subsidiary or participated by COTUR or the company that provided the contracted service (hotels, water, land, rail, air transportation company, rental, etc.), so that they can use them for the correct provision of each service requested by the CLIENT.On the other hand, the CLIENT consents to access the information related to the service contracted with COTUR in order to offer additional services to the one contracted. Failure to respond to the data, considered mandatory, will imply the impossibility of accessing the service for which the data were requested. COTUR may disclose CLIENT information to third parties solely for the purpose of completing the requested reservation and for administrative reasons in accordance with the legislation in force for the realization of trips / services to certain countries.
